  • Delivery Time:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at an extra charge)
  • Custom Orders: If your order includes custom or made-to-order products, shipping may take longer.
Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.

2. Return Policy

We take great pride in offering high-quality handcrafted products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain products, such as customized items, sale items, or perishable goods, are not eligible for returns.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  5. Inspection & Refund: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process a refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process first.
  • Once we receive your return, we will dispatch the replacement item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped.
