At HOCC, we are committed to providing high-quality handcrafted products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund process to address your concerns.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product was incomplete upon delivery.
  • A replacement is unavailable for an approved return request.

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

  • The product was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or regular wear and tear.
  • The product is part of a non-returnable category (see exclusions below).
  • The return request was not raised within the specified timeline.

Refund Process

  2. Approval & Pickup – If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request self-shipment.
  3. Inspection & Refund – Once received and verified, refunds will be processed as per the below guidelines.

Refund Methods

  • For defective/damaged/incorrect orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • For returns due to personal preference (change of mind): Refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for lifetime purchases on HOCC.

Refund Deductions

For returns due to reasons other than product defects or incorrect delivery, shipping fees will be deducted as follows:

  • Orders up to ₹1000: ₹100 deducted
  • Orders between ₹1001-₹2000: ₹150 deducted
  • Orders above ₹2000: ₹250 deducted

Exclusions from Refunds

  • Live Plants – Only replacements will be provided in case of damage.
  • Consumables (candles, essential oils, perfumes, etc.) – Refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Breakable items (glassware, ceramics, etc.) – No refunds if the product is received intact.
  • Furniture – Non-refundable if delivered in perfect condition.
  • Size & Color Variations – Refunds are not applicable if the product matches the website descriptions.

Return Packaging Guidelines
