Orders:

1. Are your products handmade, machine-made, or a combination of both?

Our Products are entirely handmade and handpainted from scratch to end.

2. Do you offer customizable or personalized products?

Yes, we do offer custom-designed products for bulk orders.

3. Can you describe the materials and techniques used in your ceramics?

● Our product are made from a combination of Clay, feldspar and quartz which clay being
the Base material

● Our products are molded from clay and smoothened to improve the finish and glazed
with a glossy layer to strengthen and waterproof it and then the products are fired
multiple times to strengthen them and make them completely solid.

4. Are there any specific care instructions for your products?

Being made out of clay our products are very fragile and need to be handled with care.

Product Sourcing and Sustainability:

1. Where are your ceramics and pots manufactured?

Our pots are manufactured in Rural India.

2. Do you follow any sustainable or eco-friendly practices in your product creation?

Yes the pots are created using eco-friendly material and fired using low polluting gas
kilns.

3. Are the materials used in your products ethically sourced?

Yes the materials used in our products are ethically sourced.

Online Store and Payment:

1. Do you offer product bundles or discounts for bulk orders?

Yes we do have wholesale prices for bulk orders depending on order size. We would like
to have a specific landing page for bulk orders for corporate gifting ect.

2. Which payment methods are accepted on your online store?

Our store accepts all forms of digital payments including Net banking, credit/debit cards,
UPI, digital wallets, and cash on delivery.

Shipping & Delivery:

1. Do you offer free shipping, or is it based on the order amount or location?

● Standard shipping is free on all orders above 999
● Express shipping is additionally charged
● International shipping is variable as per ordersize and country

2. What is the typical delivery time for domestic and international orders?

Domestic orders are delivered within 5-7 business days and delivery time of international
orders can be confirmed only after order has been shipped

3. How are shipping fees calculated?

For standard orders there is a fixed shipping fees of 99 rupees till order value of 999

4. Do you ship to all regions, or are there any location restrictions?

We ship to all regions.

5. Do you offer customizable packaging products?

● We offer all types of customized packaging for all bulk orders.
● We offer a specific range of options of gift packages to choose from in case of individual
orders.

Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policies:

1. What is your return policy for products that are damaged or unsatisfactory?

We offer a 15 day return policy for unsatisfactory products. However damaged products
are non returnable, yet the customers get a complete refund on the damaged. products.

2. Are customers able to return items within a specific time frame? If so, what is the duration?

Within 15 days

3. Do you offer exchanges or refunds for returns?

A customer can choose to have an exchange or a refund. We offer both.

4. Are there any specific conditions under which a return or exchange will not be accepted?

Return or exchange will not be accepted 14 days after delivery.

5. If a product is damaged after delivery, what steps do customers need to take to file a claim?

Customers have an option of claiming a refund on the orders. page where they would
have to upload the damaged products pictures. They can also reach out on our support
email for more details.

6. How do you handle defective products or issues that arise after purchase?

Defective/damaged products are non returnable but the customers are liable on getting a
full refund once they have uploaded the pictures of the damaged product.

Yes we offer all types of personalized gift services and packaging offers for wholesale

Yes there are multiple festive offers and festive themed products all round the year.
